After completing the level test on our website, you can book your place online or register at the secretary’s office in the academy, where you can also pay the corresponding fees.
The booking of places is non-transferable and only valid for the academic year in which the course takes place.

The registration fee can be paid at the secretary’s office at your language centre (in cash or by card) or via our website, if you register online (by card).
The monthly fees for the extensive courses (children, teenagers and adults) will be paid via direct debit from the bank account given at the time of enrolment.
Intensive courses will be paid at the secretary’s office in one or two payments (in cash or by card).

Money paid at registration or any other advanced payments will not be reimbursed if the student leaves the course for reasons attributable to them. The language centre will only reimburse that amount, if the group, for which the student registered, cannot be formed.
Non-attendance of a student for a class does not exempt them from paying the full monthly fee or bill.
Any cancellations or changes communicated after the deadline do not exempt the student from paying the next monthly instalment in full.
Calendar
A calendar, outlining all teaching days, holidays and any other bank holidays, is available to students.

The amount to be paid for the months at the start and at the end of a course is based on the number of classes available in these given months. Payments for all other months will be for full calendar months, regardless of the number of classes available during this month.
- Bonos
The timing of these classes is subject to the agreement of both parties (language centre and student) and is taking into account the student’s preference and the availability of a teacher at the centre.
The student must inform the centre at least 24 hours in advance of any changes to the date or the time of a class, so that this class can be rearranged. If the student fails to do so, the class will be considered to have taken place and cannot be re-scheduled.
Minimum number of students per group
The centre reserves the right to combine courses of the same level or to cancel a class if the number of students in that class has fallen and does not reach the minimum number of 6.
If student numbers in a class fall below the minimum number of 6 on days after a bank holiday or before holidays and vacations, classes of the same level will be collapsed into one.
Cancellations and modifications
You must communicate your wish to cancel your contract or to change the contracted terms before the 25th of each month. Once this date has passed, it will be mandatory to pay the next monthly instalment.
